If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are unable to exchange your items if your product is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.
No Refund, Exchange Only
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 15 calendar days from the date you received it if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will send you the exchange product of your choice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
